- Verify → The Go2 rating tests, measures, and confirms performance giving you proof, not promises. All results are securely logged in your digital Go2 Logbook.

The Go2 Rating
Sustainability you can measure, trust, and improve.
The Go2 Rating is an independent, whole-building sustainability score.
Where EPC measures energy cost and a narrow slice of efficiency, the Go2 Rating assesses the entire building ecosystem: energy, materials, ventilation, heating, mechanical systems, indoor air quality, carbon, waste, and occupant wellbeing.
To help owners understand how Go2 benchmarks against EPC, each band includes a broad EPC equivalence - not as a technical match, but as a reference point.
Rating Levels (with EPC Comparables)
BRONZE
Baseline-compliant; identifies major opportunities to improve.
Comparable EPC range: D–E
→ Meets minimum legal requirements but shows significant room for upgrades.
SILVER
Compliant, efficient, and healthier than standard with clear optimisation pathways.
Comparable EPC range: C–D
→ Solid performance with targeted improvements available.
GOLD
High-performing, low-carbon, comfortable, and healthy for occupants.
Comparable EPC range: B–C
→ Strong efficiency, modern systems and measurable carbon reduction
PLATINUM
Regenerative, future-proof, net-zero aligned. Gives back more than it takes.
Comparable EPC range: A+ (beyond standard EPC A)
→ EPC does not fully account for regenerative performance - Go2 does.
